Introduction
The Dolnoslaskie Voivodeship decided to prepare a Strategic Integrated Project as: „New Paradigm of Emission-free Advancements and Resourceful Lifestyles in Poland” to increase the effectiveness (acceleration and increase of effects) of the implementation of the Energy Strategy of Lower Silesia (Strategy).
Project Objectives
The TA-PP project is mainly to ensure the organizational and financial conditions for the proper preparation of a Full Proposal for an integrated project (SIP). The specific objectives of the project TA-PP are:
- Development and adoption of the Action Plan in the field of climate neutrality in the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship.
- Obtaining good quality data for the parameterization of the tasks provided for in the SIP project and modeling the feasibility of its effects.
- Supplementing the competences of the project team in the process of preparing the Full Proposal.
- Obtaining assurance that supplementary funds will be released for the implementation of investment activities resulting from the Energy Strategy of Lower Silesia and the Action Plan constituting the basis of the SIP.
- Completion of the consortium structure and acquisition of partners for the SIP project.
- Preparation and submission of a Full Proposal application and an application for SIP funding.
Implementation Status
To start the process of decarbonization and fair transformation, the Board of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship accepted the Energy Strategy of Lower Silesia on 25.10.22. The Strategy is in the initial phase of implementation.
Responsibilities
The Coordinating Beneficiary (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship - Institute for Territorial Development) is responsible for adopting the Strategy. Additionally, the Lower Silesian Voivodeship is responsible for the economic, social, and environmental policy of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and is the Managing Authority of the FEDŚ 2021-2027 (European Funds for Lower Silesia Program for the 2021-2027).
