Introduction

TUCUVI is a virtual medical assistant that converses with large volumes of patients through phone calls in an intelligent and personalized dialogue. It provides and collects medical information, monitors the evolution of symptoms, and intelligently identifies alerts that allow medical teams to plan and act preventively based on clinical protocols and clinical evidence.

TUCUVI can manage massive amounts of medical phone calls to monitor any patient, on any pathology, in a non-supervised way to reduce the impact of chronic diseases.

Achievements

TUCUVI’s AI has currently conversed empathetically with patients for over 50,000 hours, in 3 languages, about 12 medical protocols. It is the only voice-based conversational software CE marked as a medical device.
