Introduction
Augmedit develops and brings to market Augmented Reality SaaS applications for surgeons. AR gives the possibility of viewing holographic images in 360. It is our mission to transform the complete 2D clinical practice into an intuitive 3D world as the first company in the world.
Current Challenges
Until now, AR applications are unavailable in (neuro)surgical settings due to lacking accuracy and automation of workflows.
Our Solution
Augmedit's Lumi Elite solves this problem. We make surgery safer by guiding the medical specialist with an intuitive AR application that:
- Automatically generates holograms from medical imaging.
- Projects them with a surgical plan on the patient.
Benefits
This holographic experience improves the insight of surgeons and drives massive cost savings for medical institutions.
Impact on Patient Care
Crucially, Lumi Elite will improve the preoperative and operative care of the patients: 1 hologram is worth more than 1000 scans.
